Site-wide promotions and discounts apply only to products that are not returned, and if an order is canceled or an item is returned, adjustments may be made retrospectively to correctly reflect the promotion earned.

5. Limitation of Liability

d) Statements or conduct of any User on the Site; or

5.6 Notwithstanding the foregoing, the total aggregate liability of myrashowerhead.com, its employees, affiliates, agents, or representatives for any claims arising from the use of the Site or Services within any given calendar year shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by the User to myrashowerhead.com or its affiliates in that calendar year or (b) $1,000.
